Super Bowl Pasta

 
this was our kilbasa penne pasta for superbowl. A little coconut milk to thicken the sauce and a little spice to bring it up. Turned out great. An original.

it rocked. people loved it but were afraid to touch it (let alone eat it)

and BTW...don't mess with molten sugar. it will burn the hell out of your skin. I made the mistake of getting some on my hand (youch) and then immediately trying to suck it off (REALLY bad idea) think I lost a few taste buds.

The cioppino rocked! just enough heat. and that thing had depth. Used the Halibut stock I made a few months back. Perfetto!

Neopolitana sauce is ready. Meatballs are made (both turkey and pork/beef). Eggs are hardboiled. Pasta dough is made (not yet rolled out)
