Neopolitana sauce is ready. Meatballs are made (both turkey and pork/beef). Eggs are hardboiled. Pasta dough is made (not yet rolled out)

Ok, two easy and awesome main course dish(es). One really and a side. Have to get a two burner electric stove for the reduction. no question about it!

next up, the zuppa de zucca.

Testing for Friday ; Pork and Apples

 

this is a test run of the roasted pork with green apples, that I intend to make for Friday crew luncheon.

Not enough apples but it should work OK.

now...we wait a good long while during the oven phase...and then we enjoy (should be just in time for KB to get home with 8 dozen assorted cookies from the cookie xchange. cool!
