Turkey Meatballs (again?)

Trying to perfect....that's all. Tonite the changeup was a bit of goat cheese into the mix. they are slow cooking now, so we won't know anything for a few hours. (prognosis incognito)

Fennel Risotto and Chardonnay

 

the Pinnacle Pines was very good if a bit frooty. made my risotto too "frooty" but both were great together.
