I tweaked the traditional recipe a bit for the canned clams with linguine. Turned out well. Inspired by KB having a bowl of fresh clams with linquine in Seattle. Now I need to have the fresh to compare.
Eggplant Parmesan
This is a Mario recipe that's much lighter than the traditional dish. Quite simple and quite tasty.
