Spaghetti panna, piselli e salmone
In the mood for some pasta, so we threw together some onion, white wine, a little cream, peas and canned salmone for a quick, easy (and pretty dang good) pasta dish last night. Looking forward to leftovers. The packaged salmone we purchased to take camping. Comes in those foil packs and is actually pretty decent. We toss it in some flavored rice on the camp stove to make a filling and nutritious meal.

Roti de Proc Marine
We made this twice (the pork loin was huge and didn't want to cook it all in one sitting) I would NOT use the vegetables that were used in the vinegar and wine marinade. Use fresh ones as the originals were too acidic. Our roast took longer than the recipe and it seemed a little dry (both times and we did things differently so I think the cut was just poor) Overall easy and good but must be served immediately.
