Pot roast
Beef roast in the oven. Just like MT showed me to make it; a little garlic, carrots, onion and rosemary. Simple Italian. Simply fantastico!

Palette de Porc a la Biere
Slow cooked pork shoulder with beer. Made this about 9 months ago. Again, it turned out beautifully. yummy
