One...Traditional recipe, sole, butter sauce, etc. C'est Bon!
Two....made the shrimp "meuniere" style (and they came out wonderfully tender) and threw them in with some linquine and butter sauce. The problem here was that the shrimp lost their crispiness when they got tossed around with the pasta.
Three...Different fish (firm mahi mahi) but got the butter sauce right this time. c'est si bon!
