Pizze alla Boboli


What good Pizze tonite. Everything clicked. 405 we tried with 8-11 minute cook time. Bellisimo. Used a breaded chicken thigh and red onion for the topping. Sweet and simple!) Going back for more. 2nd one is done!!!!

Palette de Porc a la Biere

Yummy pork shoulder roast with a mustard breadcrumb crust courtesy of Les Halles. Had some friends over to share this and some pommes frites! Use a good Pork Shoulder. Made it a second time to properly finish the sauce, but used pork ribs instead. Not nearly as good as the roast.

Happy New Year Peas

Tonite? Blackeyed Peas and Greens (of the mustard variety)to ring in the new year and for a touch of luck! The crab legs from Whole Paycheck were great with out the salted butter Kris made. Felice Anno Nuovo!

Mac & Cheese?

Kris made an incredibly good gruyere penne. wonderful wonderful. Joy of cooking recipe coupled with Grandma's Saltine touch. Super!
